For What Purpose Do We Process Your Personal Data?

To confirm the identity information of the person who visits or subscribes to your personal data via the website and/or mobile applications; to transmit your information to the non-governmental organizations you support and to our solution partners; to communicate with our members, to provide necessary information, to convey donation campaigns; to arrange all records and documents that will be the basis for the transaction in electronic (internet/mobile etc.) or paper media; to provide information to public officials, upon request and in accordance with the legislation, on matters related to public safety; to increase the satisfaction of our members, to get to know our members and to use them in supporter analysis, to use them in various advertising activities related to our purpose, and to organize surveys in electronic and/or physical environment; to offer suggestions to our members by our contracted institutions and solution partners, to inform our members about our services; to be able to evaluate member complaints and suggestions about fundraising campaigns; to fulfill our legal obligations and to use our rights arising from the current legislation; In order to prevent fraud and other illegal activities, we process personal data within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the fifth and sixth articles of the Law No. 6698.

To Whom and For What Purpose Do We Transfer the Processed Personal Data?

Your collected personal data, directly or indirectly, to our business partners, to program partner institutions that we cooperate to carry out our activities, to individuals and institutions from whom we receive services to store data in the cloud environment, to organizations with whom we have contracted for infrastructure arrangements, voluntarily to send their campaign. By Which Methods and Based on Which Legal Reason Do We Process Personal Data?

We derive most of the personal data we process from the information you provide to us. Personal data we process; application forms and references, contracts and their changes, contact information, information required for payroll of our employees, family or close information such as people to be contacted in case of emergency, education records, travel information, disciplinary records, camera recordings. You can use this information as “Identity Information, Contact Information, Personnel Information, Legal Transaction Information, Performance and Development Information, Visual and Audio Information, Physical Space Security Information, Location Information, Financial Information, Transaction Security Information, Risk Management Information, Health and Other Special Qualified Information. We categorize it as “Information”.

Your personal data is collected by DOSAK within the framework of legal reasons arising and executed based on legislation, contract, demand and honesty rules that have the opportunity to implement our activities with technical and procedural methods carried out in different channels such as the website and physical channels. Access and use of the current website and all subdomains are subject to the following terms (hereinafter "General Terms of Use") and all applicable laws and regulations. What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data?

As the persons whose personal data are processed, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us, DOSAK will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by DOSAK.

 

In this context, from DOSAK as related persons;

  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties that personal data is transferred,

  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed disappear despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
